Do Everything, Without Complaining, And Arguing, So That No One, Can Criticize You...

"Is there any encouragement from belonging to Christ? Any comfort from His    is love? Any fellowship together in the Spirit? Are your hearts tender and compassionate?  Then, make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and of one mind.

"In your relationships with one another, have the same mindset as Christ Jesus; He had equal status with God but didn’t think so much of Himself that He had to cling to the advantages of that status no matter what. Not at all.  He became like a human being and appeared in human likeness.

"Don’t be selfish; don’t live to make a good impression on others. Be humble, thinking of others as better than yourself. Don’t just think about your own affairs, but be interested in others, too, and in what they are doing.

"He didn’t claim special privileges. Instead, He lived a selfless, obedient life and then died a selfless, obedient death—and the worst kind of death at that—a crucifixion.

"Friends, you should simply keep on doing what you’ve done from the beginning. When I was living among you, you lived in responsive obedience. Now that I’m separated from you, keep it up; for it is God Who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfill His good purpose.

"Do everything without complaining and arguing, so that no one can criticize you. Live clean, innocent lives as children of God, shining like bright lights in a world full of crooked and perverse people, holding out to them the Word of Life.”

Press Release comments:

As Dorothy states that these are great words of wisdom. There is nothing hard about them or none impossible to follow. Complaining builds nothing but shallowness ... but a force of togetherness can build mountains. I sure thank you Velma!Micky Gramlin

Christ is the example for moral behavior, although he was perfect, so it would be impossible for a human being to be perfect. But setting that example, he brought into the world a new morality, one in which people never saw coming. It was not all about following the "law" and the "rules". People that were poor simply didn't follow the law, that's why they were poor. Christ moral message changed all that, everyone was now seen as exactly equal in the spiritual sense.Laws were replaced by the way you must thinks about others. The individual psyche became responsible for moral behavior. Thank you Velma.Francis Cassady
